Obviously, the star of the syrup is Black Elderberry or Sambucus Nigra. Elderberry Syrup is an immune tonic, elderberry’s main constituents that contribute to its immune building properties include flavonoids, polysaccharides, organic acids, minerals like phosphorus and potassium, and vitamins (B and C). Coupled with some other herbs such as ginger and clove, then decocted (essentially to make a strong tea) along with the addition of honey makes this amazingly delicious and immune building syrup perfect for the fall and winter months! Feel free to bring your own snacks and beverages while we craft and learn. Cost $35 per person (Includes all materials necessary to complete craft and a complementary bottle of Elderberry syrup) Kindly note, this class is non-refundable.
