The Guiana Chestnut, commonly known as the Money Tree, thrives in bright, indirect light but can tolerate lower light conditions. Avoid direct sunlight, which can scorch its leaves. Water it thoroughly when the top 2-4 inches of soil feel dry, but ensure the pot has good drainage to prevent root rot. Overwatering is a common issue, so be cautious. The plant prefers a humid environment, so misting its leaves occasionally or placing it near a humidifier can be beneficial.
